Execution of Judgments or Orders in Thailand

Before you go to see the officer at the legal Execution Department for Executions or Orders, you have to know definitions of law follow;

Court means any Court of Justice of Jude empowered to try to adjudicate case.
Case means all proceedings commencing with the submission of a plaint go a Court for acknowledgment. Protection or enforcement of a right or duty, or for giving effect thereto.
Plaint means any proceeding by which a plaintiff submits a charge to a Court. Whether such submission is made orally or orally or in writing;
or is made to a Court of First Instance or on appeal or dika appeal;or is made at the time of the institution of the case by a plaint or request, or subsequently by a supplementary or amended plaint, or by a counterclaim, or by way of voluntary or compulsory interpleading, or by way of application for a new trial.
